Maintenance of Facade Access System

We offer annual maintenance of BMU i.e monthly visit for inspection , testing , commissioning of the equipment.

We will inspect & service/repaire your equipment to ensure safe operating condition for every use.


In accordance with maintenance we are also commited to attain breakdown calls ( deploy a technician ) on argent basis on the occasion of system failure.

Key objectives for maintenance of B M U : -

  1. To obtain a practical analysis of facade cleaning cycle with the help of which the client / facility management team could organise/ prepare for the usage of equipment well in advance.
  2. To avoid any surprises / hidden financial risk associated with the equipment usage by client / facility management team.
  3. To minimize the usage , maintenance & wear & tear cost for the facade cleaning equipment by the client / facility management team.
